The process involves listening and talking to our clients and working with them to come to an overall project decision. We provide fixed costs to carry out the design work. Once we've agreed the design with the client, we oversee the building work and the works budget. It’s that simple.

Our office is electronic on a Mac platform using Vectorworks CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut, Microsoft Word and Excel, we exchange drawing information with clients using PDF format or a Cloud exchange where appropriate.

Ged McCormack has been based in Sunderland for twenty-five years, operating for the last four years from our purpose designed offices at Studio Infinite in the creative Sunniside area of Sunderland. We are members of the Green Register and place considerable store in our design work on energy efficiency. Our office is a successful example of a super-insulated renovation project.

We often work in collaboration with Infinite Arts, an arts based education and project management organisation with whom we share our offices.
